Cary Farley Benefit for Mustard Seed School

November 24, 2010

Yesterday Cary Farley dropped in the Kennedy Gallery and performed a mini-concert to promote his upcoming fund raiser to the delight of our visitors.  Mustard Seed School in Sacramento is run by Loaves and Fishes to teach our local children of homeless families.  The event will be held at the California Stage on January 8th at 7pm.    I am donating an original painting for the silent auction.  Tickets are $10 which includes a full band performance in a wonderful intimate venue, dessert, beverages and a commemorative T-Shirt.  I will post more about this very worth event during the coming month.

Meanwhile a little about Cary.

This handsome, young man is an accomplished musician and has recently released his 5th (I believe) CD.  He is becoming locally well-known and been dubbed ‘Mr. Date Night’.  I’ll probably post what that’s all about too.  You can learn more about him at his website

I love the new CD entitled ‘Goodnight’, incidentally it has one piece featured in the Tom Hanks movie ‘Cast Away‘.  Watch the video at
